This is how the new 23,6″ gaming monitor from Acer might just look, as we’ve heard that the company is preparing to release it’s first 120Hz displays for gaming and S3D experience. The new Full HD monitors will be 3D Vision compatible for playing in stereo 3D, bot so far they aren’t officially released. What”s more interesting is the fact that Acer is may be the first company offering a 24-inch and Full HD monitor on the market that can work at 120Hz framerate, considering that so far only Samsung and ViewSonic are selling such new generation displays. And what Samsung and ViewSonic have so far are 22-inch monitors that are not 16:9 and Full HD, but offer a 16:10 aspect ratio and 1680×1050 pixels screen resolution more common amongst 22 inches today.
We’ve also heard that the new gaming display will probably be on the market by the end of this year and will be quite competitive in terms of price (which is common for Acer), just a bit more expensive than the 22-inchers today. So if you are considering to buy a 120Hz display at the moment you might as well wait a bit more to get a better offer from Acer in terms of bigger diagonal and better screen resolution monitor. Just don’t forget that playing games at 1920×1080 resolution brings a heavier load on the video card, so you’ll need a faster VGA, and if you consider playing in stereo 3D with the help of 3D Vision shutter glasses you’ll need a high-end Nvidia-based video card for sure.
Is this monitor twisted?
Sure it is, but in a good way – it will be the first of many to come but the only one to look like this. Almost perfect on paper!

Just acquired a Mythic for myself and are going to be getting 1 for my wife soon! It has just the suitable mix of characteristics. just brief of the full smartphone. I’m preserving an eye on the Captivate for a potential future phone…selling prices are way as well substantial when released. I’ve been in high tech for 20+ many years and fundamentally hack anything I very own to create it far better laptops, GPS, auto navigation devices, and so on. and yes cell phones too. In the number of days I’ve owned the mobile phone I’ve currently installed Opera Mini, Bolt 2.1, freecaddie, Google Maps w/GPS functionality, deleted all locked ineffective apps soon after backing them up and completely modified the menu technique to my exact wants without having all unproductive apps.
